Pat Hoey Productions Announces Leadership Transition and Strategic Growth Initiatives
Worcester, MA – [January 22, 2026] – Pat Hoey Productions, an established leader in event management and production with more than 40 years of experience producing large-scale trade shows, conferences, and corporate events across the United States, is pleased to announce a leadership transition that marks the next phase in the company’s succession strategy and long-term growth.
Marlena Eastty, who has served in a partnership and leadership capacity within the company since 2019, has been appointed President & Chief Executive Officer, becoming the majority owner of Pat Hoey Productions. Eastty will guide the company’s strategic direction and expansion efforts while carrying forward the strong legacy established by her father.
Company founder Patrick Hoey, who built the business from the ground up in 1983, will continue to serve in an advisory capacity as Founder & Chairman, offering strategic insight and supporting the company’s continued evolution. This leadership transition reflects a thoughtful, long-planned succession designed to position the company for sustainable growth and ensure continuity for clients and partners.
As one of her first initiatives as CEO, Eastty will lead Pat Hoey Productions through the processes of applying for a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) certification and pursuing SBA 8(a) Business Development Program qualification. These efforts support the company’s long-term vision to expand its national footprint in event production, increase opportunities across the country, and enhance its ability to serve clients in both the private and public sectors.

Pat Hoey Productions continues to produce national industry trade shows, including the Florida Buildings Engineering & Facility Maintenance Show and the Boston Buildings Engineering & Facility Maintenance Show. The company also has an extensive history of producing major events such as The Boston Home Show, the Central Massachusetts Flower Show, and the Grand Opening of the Worcester Centrum Centre, as well as regional conferences including The Reactory Summit and the Massachusetts Biomanufacturing Summit.
