Pat Hoey Productions Appoints Marlena Eastty as President & CEO, Announces Strategic Growth Initiatives

Auburn, MA – January 22, 2026 – Pat Hoey Productions, a nationally recognized event management and production company with more than 40 years of experience delivering large-scale trade shows, conferences, and corporate events, today announced a leadership transition marking the next phase of the company’s long-term growth and succession strategy.

Marlena Eastty, who has served in a leadership and partnership role within the company since 2019, has been appointed President & Chief Executive Officer and is now the majority owner of Pat Hoey Productions. In her new role, Eastty will lead the company’s strategic vision, national expansion efforts, and continued evolution while honoring the legacy established by founder Patrick Hoey.

Patrick Hoey, who founded the company in 1983, will continue to serve as Founder & Chairman, providing strategic guidance and advisory support. This transition reflects a deliberate and long-planned succession designed to ensure continuity for clients and partners while positioning the company for sustainable, forward-looking growth.

As one of her first initiatives as CEO, Eastty will guide Pat Hoey Productions through the process of obtaining Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) certification and pursuing participation in the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program. These initiatives support the company’s long-term vision to expand its national footprint, pursue new public- and private-sector opportunities, and further strengthen its capabilities as a full-service event production partner.

Pat Hoey Productions produces nationally recognized industry trade shows, including the Florida Buildings Engineering & Facility Maintenance Show and the Boston Buildings Engineering & Facility Maintenance Show. The company also has a long history of producing major events such as The Boston Home Show, the Central Massachusetts Flower Show, and the Grand Opening of the Worcester Centrum Centre, as well as regional conferences including The Reactory Summit and the Massachusetts Biomanufacturing Summit.
