Pat Hoey, President

Patrick J. Hoey brings over forty years of sales-marketing experience,  achieving his first marketing successes while a territory sales manager for Burrough’s Corporation where he reached 140% of sales quotas and learned the techniques of sales training. 

Pat spent over 10 years as the Membership Director of the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce and parleyed his experience into making it the largest in New England with a membership growth of 440%, bringing it from 900 to 4000 members. During that time, Pat began producing WRCC’s New England Business Expo, selling the event out 10 years in a row, making it one of the largest and most profitable Business Expos in the area.

Pat is the recipient of numerous National Association of Membership Directors of Chambers of Commerce awards including: NAMD Highest Total New Membership Dollars Nationally: 1983-1987; NAMD Highest Net Gain in Membership Dollars Nationally: 1982 & 1986; NAMD Award of Excellence-Qualifier Nationally: 1981-1987; and Toastmaster International Communication-Achievement Award For Outstanding Achievements and Contributions in Communications Excellence.

From the experience of producing the New England Business Expo, when Pat opened Sales Development Associates in 1983 he continued to produce the event for the Chamber under Pat Hoey Productions. His experience, exceptional sales skills, and top level management skills has been the building blocks for Pat Hoey Productions which has now been producing trade shows, conference, and corporate events including The Boston Home Show, Central MA Flower Show, Build Northeast Conference & Expo, Northeast Security Systems Contractors Expo, Cheers to BeerFest and much more for over 35 years.

Marlena Eastty, Vice President

Our Vice President, Marlena K. Eastty has worked with Pat Hoey Productions since 2004. Marlena has held the positions of administrative intern, Chief Account Executive, Production Manager, Director of Operations, and now Vice President. 

Marlena oversees the details needed to bring forth successful events, overseeing on site event logistics, speaker management, sponsorship sales, marketing planning, including website management and social media campaigns, and more.

From 2015- 2019 Marlena worked with University of Massachusetts Medical School as a Program Association Coordinator for their membership organization, the Academic Consortium on Criminal Justice Health; and Program Event Coordinator for their national conference, the Academic & Health Policy Conference on Correctional Health.

Marlena has since returned to Pat Hoey Productions full time as Vice President. She works side by side with our President, Pat Hoey and our team to build events, manage association operations, serve as campaign manager on SDA membership campaigns and build marketing campaigns for our valuable clients. 

Stephanie Lent, MBA – Marketing & Communications Director

Stephanie started with Pat Hoey Productions/ Sales Development Associates, Inc in 2006 as a marketing assistant. She has worked alongside our show managers on several events including the Fall & Spring Boston Home Shows, The Central MA Flower Show, Cheers to Beer Fest, and Marlborough Home Show. She is now the lead marketing director on The Northeast Security Systems Contractors Expo. She provides customer service to our exhibitors & sponsors providing sponsorship benefits implementations, financial management, on-site logistics, and website management on all of our events.

Stephanie also provides customer service to our membership campaign clients. She implements SDA’s 8 week systematic approach to assist clients broaden their membership base.

Stephanie recently earned her MBA from Western Governor’s University. The whole team is very proud of her accomplishment and are grateful for her contributions to our company and clients!
