Marlena Eastty leads Pat Hoey Productions as President & CEO, overseeing strategy, operations, and event delivery across all projects. She brings a modern, detail-driven approach to conference and event management, with a strong emphasis on execution, client experience, and long-term growth.

Marlena’s experience with Pat Hoey Productions spans many years and roles, giving her a deep understanding of the company’s operations and culture. She progressed through administrative, operational, and leadership positions, taking on increasing responsibility over time. While in college, she successfully led exhibitor sales efforts and later stepped into the Director of Operations role during a period of internal transition. After completing her education at Worcester State University, Marlena went on to work with UMass Medical School, where she managed a national conference program hosted in cities including Baltimore, Atlanta, Houston, Las Vegas, and others—further expanding her experience delivering complex, large-scale events.

In recent years, Marlena became the company’s principal owner, guiding Pat Hoey Productions into its next chapter of growth while preserving the values, standards, and reputation that have defined the firm for decades.

Pat Hoey founded Pat Hoey Productions more than 40 years ago and built the company into a trusted name in conference and event production through a commitment to strong relationships, operational excellence, and professionalism. Over the years, Pat has worked with a wide range of industry partners, clients, and collaborators, helping guide the production of conferences, trade shows, and large-scale events across multiple sectors.

Those long-standing relationships and industry connections played an important role in the company’s expansion into new event categories, including facility maintenance and engineering-focused shows. As the firm has continued to evolve, Marlena Eastty has led day-to-day operations and event delivery, guiding Pat Hoey Productions through new contracts, complex conferences, and organizational growth.

Today, Pat serves as Founder & Chairman, providing strategic oversight and institutional knowledge while supporting the company’s leadership and long-term direction. He remains actively involved at a strategic level, contributing insight, guidance, and continuity as the firm moves forward.
